As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit 100% of our tuition goes towards payroll, rent, food, and supplies.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 this year for classroom/curriculum materials, teacher training, curriculum development and a playground refresh.

Theme: 3, 2, 1, Blast Off!! With a 3/21 event date, how could we resist? This year's theme will include all things Outer Space. This includes attire! Don your favorite “out of this world” outfit for your chance to win Best Dressed!

Event Time: 5pm-8:45pm

Event Location: We are in the Crystal Room at the Washington Athletic Club (a block from SIDC). The front desk will help direct you there when you walk into the WAC.

Parking: You can choose to park in the WAC parking lot - we will have complimentary validation after 5 pm. Parking under SIDC is probably easier for parents picking up their kids after the event, though. You will need to pre-pay for parking at SIDC garage, and please note that "all day" parking ends before the event, so be sure to pay for evening parking.

SIDC Childcare: Children signed up for care at the school should bring PJs and a favorite stuffy for the evening. We will provide pizza, a movie, and lots of fun! (Infant parents will need to provide written permission for them to have pizza with us or provide alternate food.)

Kid Pickup: Pick-up for those utilizing SIDC care for the event is no later than 9 pm. The garage entrance will be closed - but a staff member will let you in via the Seneca back door. Please knock when you arrive. The garage doors will open for you when you approach.

We have over 70 amazing items up for auction, mostly grouped into fun and exciting packages! There are 9 unique staff donations, a personalized classroom item for every room, favorite books chosen by all staff, and so much more! This auction will be online with Auctria this year. Online bidding will open a few days before the event.
